Woods-N-Waters Campground Policies
We want you to have fun and enjoy your stay with us at Woods-N-Waters Kampground. The following policies and guest information are being provided to you to help ensure your stay with us is carefree and safe.

Reservation Policies
- Must be 21 years of age to reserve a campsite.
- At the time of booking, all reservations must be paid in full..
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 1 week prior to the reservation will be subject to a 30% fee with a minimum charge of $30.00. Reservations cancelled within 1 week of the reservation will forfeit the complete reservation.
General Park Policies
- CAMPGROUND SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES! Please obey entrance, exit, oneway, and speed limit signs at all times.
- Smoking (including the use of electronic smoking devices) is prohibited in ALL buildings and within 25 feet of all public entrances. In consideration of others, no smoking in or around the pool.
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in the store building.
- All fires must be out by 1:00 AM and contained to designated fire areas/fire pits. Please do not use fire pits as garbage pits. Dispose of garbage in designated receptacles. Please do not relocate the fire rings. If concerned about the fire ring location, please visit the store.
- Changing campsites is prohibited without prior authorization.
- Do not move picnic tables or fire rings to another site.
- Restrooms cannot be cleaned after each use, so please clean up after yourself. The guests following you will appreciate it.
- Wastewater must be discharged into authorized receptacles only and never discharged onto the grounds. Dump station is provided by store as you exit the campground. Use sewer hose at dump station.
- Absolutely no grease, oil, or gas may be dumped on property.
- Registration tags must be visibly displayed on all vehicles.
- Campground guests are responsible for the conduct, behavior, and monitoring of their children, pets, and visitors.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage to campground property, intentional or accidental; so please respect the grounds.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No Loud music. Please be respectful of other guests.
- Firearms, lethal weapons, and drugs are prohibited on property. No fireworks allowed within campground at any time!
- Please refrain from walking through occupied sites.
- Common courtesy will prevail between all guests in the park. Profane, abusive, or threatening language or actions directed at campground personnel or other guests is prohibited and can result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Please see separate pool policy.
- Most importantly, be safe and have fun!!!
Recreation Room Policies
- No wet swimsuits or towels in Recreation Room.
- Pool Table – limit your play time to 20 minutes if others are waiting to play.
- Cleanup after use of equipment (For example, clean and wipe the interior of the microwave oven).
- Be respectful of others; keep noise to a minimum. No running or rough play in Recreation Room.

- TV Stations Indianapolis IN: 4 Local, 6 ABC, 8 CBS, 13 NBC
Site Policies
- Daily and weekly rates based on 2 people ($6 each extra person/day)
- One camping unit and 2 vehicles (site allowing) per site (a camping unit is (1) RV, Pop-up, Truck Camper or Van). There is additional parking west of the pool.
- No clotheslines.
- A 2-3 night minimum for holidays or events may apply.
- Check in time is 1:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early arrival between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM – $15 additional fee if site is available.
- Late Departure between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM – $15 additional fee if site is available.
- Trash must be placed in plastic bags, securely closed, and placed in the dumpster on the south side of the road just before you exit the campground.
- No parking on roads or empty campsites.
Visitor Policies
- All visitors must stop in the store to register.
- Visitors of guests $5.00 per child (4-17), $10.00 per adult (18+).
- Visitor passes are $10.00 per vehicle per day. This fee allows us to continually improve the park, keep our pool and facilities pristine, and ensure that we know who is always in the campground.
- Visiting Hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
- Visitor parking is located west of the pool.
- All visitors must abide by campground rules.
Laundry Policies
- Hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
- Use of washers, dryers, and utility sinks for the cleaning of pet blankets, oil/gas/paint laden materials, etc. is prohibited.
- Washers and dryers are available.
- Please clean dryer lint traps between use and when finished with use.
Pet Policies
- Pets are always welcome, but must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and closely monitored at all times. No pets (with the exception of service animals) allowed in store, swimming pool, bathhouse, or other buildings on property.
- Must be kept on leash (3 Meters or less) and maintained by individual or fixed to structure.
- Walk your pet(s) in areas away from campsites.
- Clean up after your pet each and every time.
- Dispose of waste in securely tied bag and disposed in dumpster.
- No pets in main building, Restroom, store, or pool area. Exception: service dog.
Disclosure
All guests and vendors are responsible for abiding by campground rules and policies. Any person who fails to adhere to the campground rules and policies may be evicted from the grounds at the sole discretion of campground management without refund. Guests use the campground facilities and amenities at their own risk. The campground is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, or catastrophic events. This includes injuries resulting in bodily harm. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management reserves the right to make changes to the rules and policies at any time, without prior notice.
